Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pin Link Grabber Chrome extension and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Service

Pin Link Grabber is a Chrome browser extension that helps users extract pin URLs and engagement data from Pinterest pages. The Service includes:

  • A Chrome extension that auto-scrolls and extracts pin links with engagement metrics.
  • A website for purchasing licenses and managing your account.
  • A backend API for license key validation and account management.

The Service is provided "as is" and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest.

Account & License

To use the Service, you must install the Pin Link Grabber extension. No account registration or email address is required to start the free trial; a license key is issued automatically upon purchase. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your license key confidential and not sharing it with others.
  • All activity that occurs under your license key.

Each license key is intended for use by a single individual. Sharing, distributing, or reselling license keys is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your license.

Free Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial that provides full access to all features of the extension. The trial starts automatically when you install the extension. Trial terms:

  • The trial requires no sign-up, email address, or credit card.
  • The trial is limited to one per device. When the trial starts, a hashed, non-identifying device fingerprint is registered on our servers to prevent abuse.
  • The trial automatically expires 24 hours after it starts.
  • Because the trial is registered on our servers, uninstalling or clearing the extension's data will not restart it.
  • After the trial expires, you must purchase a lifetime license to continue using the Service.

Pricing & Payments

The Service offers a one-time lifetime payment option. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of the product cost at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal — we do not store your financial information.
  • Upon successful payment, a license key is generated and delivered immediately via the success page and linked to your email.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchased licenses.

Refund Policy

Because we offer a free 24-hour trial that allows you to test all features before purchasing, we generally do not offer refunds on lifetime license purchases. This is a digital product with instant delivery.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the extension and we are unable to resolve them, please contact us at support@pinlinkgrabber.com and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension's source code.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute your license key to any third party.
  • Use the Service to scrape data in violation of Pinterest's Terms of Service.
  • Use automated tools to bypass license key validation or trial limitations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security measures.

We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if you violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, design, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Pin Link Grabber and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension. It does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Third-Party Services

The Service interacts with third-party platforms and services, including:

  • Pinterest: The extension operates on Pinterest pages. We are not affiliated with Pinterest. Your use of Pinterest is subject to Pinterest's own Terms of Service.
  • Stripe & PayPal: Payment processing is handled by these third-party providers. Your transactions are subject to their respective terms and policies.
  • Chrome Web Store: The extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store and is subject to Google's policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The data extracted by the extension will be accurate or complete.
  • Compatibility with future versions of Chrome or changes to Pinterest.

We do not guarantee that the extension will work indefinitely, as Pinterest may change their website structure or API at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pin Link Grabber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your license key will be deactivated.
  • You must cease all use of the Service.
  • We are not obligated to provide a refund for terminated accounts that violated these Terms.

You may also terminate your use at any time by simply uninstalling the extension and discontinuing use of the website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pin Link Grabber operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
